DIPLAST started manufacturing plastic products for the construction sector in North India in the year 1972. It started with Rigid PVC Conduits, which were never thought about in this part of the country. When the company started, it did not process more than 10 tonnes of material per month. They have recently introduced heavyweight lids of tanks in their range of NEW-21 tanks to ensure that tank lids do not fly away with heavy winds. The New-21 tanks will ensure that the tank lids do not fly away. Moreover, in summers, the water in New-21 tanks will remain at far less temperature than the outside temperature as its walls are insulated from inside.

After many years of research, a successful model of Roof Top RAINWATER SYSTEM has been developed by DIPLAST Group by making the water suitable for drinking purposes also. .Although rainwater harvesting is popular across the world, but a special system has been developed for India which is very cost-effective and water can be used for bathing, cleaning, washing, toilets, and gardening besides drinking and cooking purposes.

In its efforts towards Corporate Social Responsibility, DIPLAST has held several rallies for Clean City – Green City in Mohali and also developed a round-about. Senior Citizens of Mohali are supported by organizing picnics at their Farm House, holding free medical camps and blood donation camps.
